During oil and gas exploration, transportation, and production, significant volumes of produced water, drilling wastewater, well-flushing and workover wastewater, fracturing flowback fluid, and refinery wastewater are generated. Depending on regional regulations, oily wastewater must be treated to meet standards before it can be reinjected, reused, or discharged. Since 2012, Jereh has conducted on-site assessments of major oilfields across China as well as overseas fields in North America, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Uganda. By analyzing thousands of oily wastewater samples, we have established China’s first comprehensive oily wastewater database. To address different types of oily wastewater, we tailor solutions based on customer requirements, local standards, and regulations, incorporating various treatment processes such as gel breaking, softening, flocculation, and filtration. These solutions effectively remove pollutants and harmful ions, significantly reducing TSS, TDS, BOD, COD, and oil content to meet diverse client needs. Globally, Jereh offers flexible cooperation models, including equipment sales, operational services, and EPC turnkey projects, ensuring maximum value for our customers.
