Fluid Loss Control Additives—PAC-HV

D-FL-FILTROL-HV is a uniquely modified metal-cellulose polymer(PAC) engineered specifically to maintain a low, stable fluid loss while providing secondary inhibition of reactive shale and a higher viscosity profile. D-FL-FILTROL-HV provide superior wellbore stability, better cuttings integrity, improved solids control and lower drilling costs and fit for all water-base mud system.

Fluid Loss Control Additives—PAC-LV

D-FL-FILTROL-ULV ultra-low-viscosity polymer is a high-performance, modified cellulosic polymer designed to provide cuttings encapsulation and filtration control in water-base drilling fluids, ranging from freshwater to saturated saltwater. D-FL-FILTROL-ULV additive provides improved shale control and is primarily used in weighted systems to avoid an uncontrollable viscosity build-up.

Xanthan Gum-- UNIVIS-TEC

UNIVIS-TEC Xanthan gum is a dispersible, a rapidly mixing, non-clarified, high-molecular weight biopolymer used to increase viscosity in water-base base drilling fluid systems. With the unique ability of producing a fluid that is highly shear-thinning and thixotropic, by small dosage ratio, it provides viscosity and weight material suspension for all water-base mud systems.

API Premium Bentonite-- VF-21

The VF-21 Permium Bentonite also aids in filter-cake formation and filtration control. It has proven effective in drilling, coring, workover and completion fluids. Good agitation and sufficient shear could be easily get when build fresh mud by VF-21. It is also effective in specialty applications of casing packs, packer fluids and spotting fluids, etc. The amount of VF-21 rheology modifier required depends upon the type of organic system and the degree of thickening or other properties desired. Addition levels are typically between 20-35 kg/m3 based on the total formulation weight. For maintenance, VF-21 could maintain the flow properties and gel strengths in the desired ranges. In packer fluids and casing packs, typically range in the 20 to 40 lb/bbl (57.3 to 114.6kg/m3).

Packing and Storage

VF-21 is packaged in 50-lb (22.7-kg)/ 55-lb (25-kg), multi-wall, paper sacks.

Store in a dry, well-ventilated area. Keep container closed. Store away from incompatibles. Follow safe warehousing practices regarding palletizing, banding, shrink-wrapping and/or stacking.


Barite—WA-01.

WA-01 API 13A Barite with Insoluble, chemically inert and nontoxic properties exceeds the API specifications. And used as weight agent to increase the density of both oil based and water based mud. In rotary drilling of oil and gas wells, circulating mud additive cools the bit, removes the debris, lubricates the drill pipe, closes the hole wall, controls the oil and gas pressure, and prevents the oil well from self-blowout.

Packing and Storage

25kg or 50kg bags, jumbo bags with UV Protection or according to customer’s requirement.
