Multi-Cycle Circulating Valve
Multi-cycle circulating valve uses differential pressure and the reset force of the spring to control the movement of the piston inside the tool to open and close the circulation hole. When the circulation valve is opened, fluid can be circulated through the circulation hole and annulus to enable high-flow well washing. After the job is done, the differential pressure change can be used to close the circulation hole and circulation will be reestablished inside the tool. Multiple switch circulation valve can be used with motor, washing and other tools, which could improve motor life, improve annulus well cleaning efficiency, reduce the number of coiled tubing short trips and extend coiled tubing life.
